Presentation of WP 5: Organizational model _ Non-profit as a generator of key competencies

Corinna Bartoletti introduced the WP5: she reported the OECD’s definition of KEY Competence and enumerated the 8 Key Competencies. Then, in light of it, Silvia Francario explained the core of the WP5 and of the project too: facilitate the access to Lifelong Learning for adults and the attainment of key and transversal competencies by using different areas of Non-profit sector as a tool.

Afterwards Silvia presented the 5 Learning Circles Curricula and all the partners chose the Curriculum where to participate, in light of their competencies and interests. In this way each partner can contribute and receive the most from this innovative methodology. The partners decided also, behind suggestion of Maurizio Zollo, to write in a zero level, introductory to each curricula, which was called: Learn to Learn. The aim of this preparatory step is to improve the learning capabilities, identifying approaches to develop skill and testing the relative effectiveness of them to develop learning skills.

At the end, a lead partner was indicated for each curriculum.

This is the final frame of the 5 curricula:

FINAL TIPS

Two suggestions arise from the meeting:

·      Each partner should involve its national agency for project dissemination (meetings, conferences, events, press release).

·      Each partner should keep three copies (two to be sent to the coordinator) of whatever output might produce for the project.

SUGGESTION ABOUT THE NEWSLETTER AND THE DATABASE

The newsletter and the database are included in the WP3 (Dissemination and knowledge transfer) and have to be realised as means to acquire informations, at disposal of all the partners, and for facilitate the proces of dissemination. This is the draft of the two entities made by CENJOR,the partener who is in charge of their realisation:
